Unfortunately, there was an error in the billing for 2024. It was caught and fixed but not before the original assessments were sent out. If you own property that has more than 1 acre, your property assessment was incorrect. A corrected assessment was mailed out with a sticker that reads something to the effect of “Error in billing for this parcel-please disregard the previous assessment.” This will have your correct billing for 2024. It will be less than the original billing.
