📢 After-Hours Emergency Calls

We understand that issues can arise after our office has closed and our field staff have gone home. Our after-hours emergency call service is available for situations that require immediate assistance.

Please call the after-hours emergency service when:
🚨 Your property is flooding
🚨 There is another urgent water or system emergency that you cannot safely or reasonably address without our assistance

Low or no water is not considered an after-hours emergency. These calls are still important and will be documented, but they will be addressed during regular business hours.

When you call after hours with a non-emergency issue, your message will be taken and forwarded to our office or district office the following morning. A member of our staff will then contact you to assist with the issue.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the after-hours emergency service available for situations that truly require immediate attention.
