April 15th was the last day to pay your 2019 Assessment before it became past due. If you are paying your assessment online or sending in a check, don’t forget to add the interest. The interest is 1.33% of your balance due. So, if your assessment is $211.15 the interest for April will be an additional $2.81.
Please remember you can pay online with our secure payment application. The fee that Point & Pay charges is 2.5% of your total payment. You can also pay using your bank account and routing number for a flat $2.95 fee. The fee’s are not collected by GPID. This fee is what Point & Pay charges you for the convenience of paying online.
